Thanks for this video. When I was in the US army I was a signal guy. So I threw two live grenades in basic and that was it. I never even saw another grenade while I was in.

Correction, flash bangs aren't not lethal, they are LESS lethal meaning they could cause injuries if it explodes right next to you, and, while not as much as normal grenades, they still fragment.

The only place in media in which I've seen thermite charge/grenade was in game called JTF or JTF2 (joint task force). The soldier armed with a charge would run close to a tank and throw the charge inside the hatch.

OKay, well when you show a training grenade and claim that is how it works in real life, I just have to not believe you. Having actually thrown frag grenades in combate they do in fact make quite a boom, and yes there is a fireball and a small mushroom cloud. The kill radius is 10 meters, the danger radius is 20 meters, and they are way louder than any small arms.

The SAS Front Balcony assault entry used a window frame charge. It took longer than expected because a lone hostage wouldn't move out of the way. The Oprative who led that entry team would 6 years later became an instructor at my Squadron and a good friend, too. Sadly, no longer with us.
