A way I speed up the chip making process is to oil the tortillas on one side as I stack them. Then you press them together and cut em up, they're already oiled on both sides and will take whatever seasoning you want to put on em

Absolutely Fabulous! Can’t wait to make some for myself.
Rather tedious to make the baked chips due to putting/brushing on the EVO. Will put EVO on some before cutting the whole tortilla into 1/4’s.
