The cost of groceries is expensive, I live in Australia people are against supermarkets here, because the supermarkets put prices up every month. People say it is good to move to Asia to live, what?! I used to live in Asia😅😅😅

Those groceries would be a lot more expensive here in the US.

Your grocery prices are much better than US prices. Example: those eggs would cost between 5-6 US dollars right now.

that's interesting here in the States the eggs are to be in a refrigerated section by health department laws.

I think it's almost impossible to have everything in your kitchen be organic unless you have tons of time to go shopping to every organic shop in town and money to buy all that organic food. I feel most people try to do their best every single day and that's all we can do. I come here to take a look at what you're making and create some of your tasty recipes in my kitchen. Thanks!

So... those are crepes :) pancakes are small, round fluffy ones - with leveling agent and butter in the batter :) BTW - why eggs are ok, but milk is not in your diet? it's kinda either vegan or vegetarian, and I assume you may have some interesting nutrition facts to share about it :)

Most of your groceries are cheaper than here in Cape Town South Africa. For healthy pancakes try 1 mashed banana whisked with 2 eggs. That is it. Try it with your jam and let me know : )
