ОтветитьThis will strengthen your core.. but it absolutely will not give you abs. You will be better off with cardio and diet and opt for full range of motion ab workouts gradually adding weight if you really wanna work on ab muscles

ОтветитьOh my goodness! I made it through the High Plank Jacks and collapsed, I'll be back at it daily though and wipe out the whole routine in no time. I had abdominal surgery 6 months ago and this is exactly what i was looking for to get my core strength back! I love your content!
Update 6/1/24: with a few extra seconds of the rest periods, I made it through the whole routine. What a killer core workout!
