I know this is probably exagerated, especially since the one cat I have experience with it was a well behaved female adult cat (she was 8 or so when she came into my life and I was about 4 years old), but if that is even close to the truth then I am glad I don't have a cat (I love the idea of having a pet, but I don't know if the reality would live up to the fantasy...and frankly if the beastie would ruin my stuff? I think I'd get angry!)

I have always loved Simon's Cat. This channel always sums up what life with cat's is really like, they get up to all sorts of mischief but we love them anyway. Both of my cat's are adopted and they are the most loving fur babies ever, one of them had an owner who got him as a kitten then once he was older they didn't look after him properly, they would leave him shut outside for hours, even in the middle of the Winter at night, he would meow to get in and they would ignore him. When he followed our other cat into our house and made himself at home the owners said we should keep him and we did.

Also, as a maritime history lover, I loved the model ship collection at the start too.

That’s so cute offering his toy. My boy brings me his cardboard curls or foil balls to play fetch with me. My girl likes to play by herself batting her balls around and then settling on my lap for cuddle.

I’m on cats four and five my first pair. I remember meeting all my previous ones and I loved every one of them. My present boy is the juvenile delinquent and his sister is the good ‘child’ and I love my two to pieces. I never go a day without telling them how much I love them and get a kiss on the top of the head. When you fall in love at first sight that’s when you know you found the right cat.
