Man I’m early. New update really does shake up the strat but it seems slow, strategic movement is the way to go.

why wouild you say this, now theres gonna be less people feeding you free territory

The patient early game strat seems to be even better in v23 than it was before, which is saying something. Early game is lightning quick with people getting evaporated, but then things slow to a crawl once people set up their WW1 trench line of defense posts. Feels... alright, I guess? I'm not a fan of the winner being determined almost solely by whoever gets the most full-sending buffoons to eat, but I guess it's always been this way.

That team game was pretty crazy with how many nukes flying around.

if you're curious why your defense is always so low, it's because it's related to troops and land count (formula's something like 10x troop count divided by total tiles iirc), so if you have a lot more land than other people but a similar amount of troops, your defense is lower than theirs

They also changed the default troop to workers ratio, thats why your troops take so long to recover i believe you got like 60-70 % troops instead of 90% troops

Yea not a fan of this update at all. We went from fun relaxing game to every NPC being a try hard that will backstab constantly. If I wanted a multi-player experience, I'd play multi-player. Plus the attack/defense is all messed up.

I'll hope the fix it, its a new update, but right now we are going backwards.

I wanted to ask as I see you betray often, there's players like me who don't mind playing a feeder role as long as crown is nice and lets me build my big fun theme-park in a corner. I get that trade isn't worth as much when it's your neighbor doing this, but why's there such a strong mentality of knocking someone off of an island that's not even 1% of the landmass and isn't an active threat (I often even avoid silo's to no avail).

You are the kind of "TEAM" asshole player who is hated all across the game, and you are f ing making an example of OOOh lemme just single player this Team mach.

What browser do you play on? Also is it weird id pay for this as a standalone game...outside of browser

And how do you show the defense icon like you have?
