I very much remember the basics as well when it comes to writing down everything I remember that so well! Definitely will say that you probably need to also have some refill page packs in your shop because if they do their paychecks on the front flip over to their variables they may also want something for Debt and also for cash envelopes like savings challenges and sinking funds. I’m wondering if you can get the paper in different designs on the paper kind of like the happy planner notebooks have different designs on the actual paper. I think that would be kind of cool for stickers. I would definitely say something like a strip that can go across the top kinda like what we have for the TBM workbook from the budget mom, the workbook paycheck system that a lot of people put out the little strips. They have the complete packs where you could just lay it across on one line and then write down below the expenses, the fixed expenses, and then we have a variable one cash envelope strip people like life and envelopes. She has a whole bunch of different packs and sets for sticker options and I’m pretty certain those would probably work on the line paper of the A5 just to give it a little bit more of a planner field to it with stickers. I mean the options are pretty much limitless, but absolutely love the back to basics Approach that’s pretty much what I started in as well lol and I also had a shoebox with just colored envelopes that I wrote the amounts on well before I ever started you too

You might be physically stuffing every week, but you are still stuffing with a bi-weekly mindset. To truly be stuffing in a weekly fashion, you need to divide all your bills/envelopes by 4, not 2, and stuff that amount EVERY week, not half your bills one week and the other half the next week. The back to basics set is absolutely adorable!🥰

Hi Errika, you’re so right! I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with so many categories for my envelope. I think it makes it hard to keep up. My plan is to reduce my categories and do a misc envelope like you, also, I’m changing to weekly from bi-weekly stuffings. Can’t wait to see how it all works out 🩷🩷 thanks for sharing!

Ok- first of all, you are so creative! WOW! The blinged composition book and pen combo is an amazing idea. 2nd: I have to have them! Sign me up! On another note: You probably have already answered the question that I am about to ask but… Do you bling mechanical pencils? Asking because, I am an opera singer and I always have the need to use pencils to mark up my music scores. I would feel so fabulous and extra special if I had a couple blinged out pencils.
