actually I also try jungkok workout seriously while I do workout at starting I cough so badly and breqth heavy but slowly I got better I leave my workout but I do again

I suggest u to walk 1 hour before workout it's effective❤❤ good luck😅

it makes 0 sense to do this everyday. A muscle needs time to rest, any stress put on it in its resting phase has 0 positive effects, only negatives. so it should be switched everyday to allow 48 hours between muscles parts. E.g. Day 1 is leg and ass, Day 2 is arms, back and tummy, day 3 is leg and ass, etc.

I really liked your videos where you tried k-pop idols and groups workout , so I decided to try them to! Yesterday I did the le seraffim workout and now I just finished this workout!To tell you the truth it really was hard and painful 😖😩 but I really liked it!All I wanted to say is a thanks to the author for giving me this idea! I do
100 jumping jacks
30 burpees
20 jump squats
1 song plank
10 planks up and down
20 plank twists
75 crunches
5 pike pushups
20 squats
10 pushups
20 situps
25 Russian twists
30 sissors
50 arm circles
20 arm pushes (forward)
20 arm pushes (backwards)
100 side leg lifts (each side)
50 butt kicks
10 minute run
10 lunges (on each side)

Today's my 1st day doing this and I literally passed out 😅
It was quite hard like I was heavily sweating 😅 and the ab exercise literally made me sweat😅 and by the end now I am sitting on the floor 😅 and squats were just fine cuz I was easily able to do 50 bit after 50 I passed out 😅

I am gonna do this for a whole month until my school starts again
Honestly my fingers are shaking while typing
I actually wanted to lose weight and I was not getting any good exercise but I and confident now that I can do it by the end of august 2024 ❤
