Mhmm the prices you mention are all in dollars, an example city is Detroit, Europe has a health care system unlike the US so a monopoly driving prices continuesly up is not possible -doesnt fit the title. So you trying to convice people before the insulin injections, doctors and scientists had no clue about blood sugar levels being relatively controllable with sugar and high intensity physically activity. So everyone with diabetes died within weeks yet diabetes up to today is often not diagnosed for weeks without everyone affected dying. Your third point is also about the US and if no one is told about a side effect, no doctor knows the side effect how would half doctors know about it and not the rest?

Sorry, but this trend to highly overrate little benefits is true for EVERY SINGLE DRUG COMPANY! I am an MD for almost 30 years and saw all kinds of drugs come and go over this time period. Many were first called "revolutionary". And I saw all the graphs that were so misleading it hurt my eyes! I don't want to do all-drug-companies-are-bad-bashing, I am extremely glad they are there and manufacture all the medications I use every day for our patients. But I told many times to the people visiting me to show me the same graphics again: Why don't you stop doing this kind of BS and invest the time and money into research?". Thx. for the video!

People with diabetes have trouble controlling blood sugar, insulin is needed to low blood sugar. Insulin can cause low blood sugar not diabetes. Do people with diabetes usually have high blood sugar without insulin not low?

Novo Nordisk runs a professional cycling team where everyone on the team has types 1 diabetes. I dont think they win a lot of races, but I think its pretty cool. Probably an interesting testing ground for their products, but I imagine it's also pretty inspirational for other type 1 athletes.
