Another amazing quality video!
Instead of one cloth and grit guard. I use 4 wash mitts . 1 mitt = 2 sides to wash 1/4 car then set aside. 4 mitts for one car. No putting dirty mitts back in the bucket, no grit guard needed. When done, throw 4 mitts in the laundry.

Wouldn't it be more prudent to wash the car without a watch and rings? 🤔

Awesome vid. Couple things and correct me if I'm wrong. Foam first before rinsing bc the loosening of the dirt can actually scratch the paint. I recommend a foaming shampoo as it's thicker with more of a shaving cream texture. You should use the two bucket method. Wheels first. Since not everyone wants to go ceramic coat route, I recommend Turtle Ice Seal N Shine as it has better protection than spray wax.

Hey Mike, I've seen many people foam their car and then use the washmitt with shampoo and wipe their car. Do you think rinsing it down first is better for grime to come off? Because i saw chemical guys just wiping it after foaming directly

I lease my M3 so all good here. Rain washes it just fine.

He is not using the right nozzle on the air dryer. You want it to be flat to air squeegee the water off. A pointed nozzle does not do nearly as good a job. Just my two cents. And I do my two Teslas every other week.

Great video, I learned a few new tricks. But dude, please remove the watch and rings when working on your car. Especially the paint work and windows tint. It’s making me nervous watching you.

Or, you can simply add a clear or colored wrap to your car. That self healing. And then he can run your car through the car wash all you want. Sit in the sun and any scratches will disappear.
