I own a Steam Deck. That pretty much does all my retro gaming needs met with one machine. Plus if I dock it, I can use OEM controllers with it.

But yeah, dedicating an entire room for video games in one way to go.

The Playstation cabinet is such a great find! It compliments the room so well, and you guys did such a good job of filling it up nicely. I would still put the doors on, so it will keep all the games clean and free of dust!

That Playstation cabinet is a dream purchase for my game room. I have a rotating storage thing for all my games, but for my Playstation games, this would be incredible. You got a fantastic deal at 500.

I think the Playstation is great with the longboxes separate from the regular games because it brings the eye downward to see the whole shelf (in my opinion at least).

The 3DS display looks amazing and its an amazing greeter to the game room being next to the door.

I do remember seeing that PS1 cabinet pop up on Marketplace and offer up a year ago. Glad you guys were able to get it!

Don’t really watch the ads and usually skip them. But dang those chairs look comfortable ass heck. Guess those ads do work 😂

Hanging the surfboard and skateboard from the ceiling or mounting them flat on the ceiling could add a little more depth and really show them off. Especially if you’re out of vertical wall space.

The one thing I'd do differently is instead of getting separate comfy chairs, I would have gotten a new mini couch, since if I had a gf we could still snuggle while playing videogames together....

The PlayStation shelf is great! I just rearranged my game room a bit too but forgot to leave room for Switch 2. I love seeing how people organize their game rooms. I know the other day Femtrooper mentioned there should be a show about it lol.
