Sometimes I get itineraries from coordinators with way more information than I need, so I like to COPY only the things I need for announcements and put them on one page in large print, including music queues. I do this even for my own outline/notes. This way I'm not distracted my anything except what I need to make the announcements. The music is also in the proper sequence in my playlist/queue. I started this more when I had an event that was dimly lit, I had on a mask, my glasses were fogging up and...the bride made changes minutes before the grand entrance. That was stressful!

write their names as they should be pronounced!!! dont say the name wrong! lol
