Hi, I bought same from temu but does tje red light it when put on skin? My red light gives tingling sensation when I rub on skin

So can you tell me please! Is it upwards towards the chin or downwards. Because the instructions say upwards but EVERYONE is going downwards! Is downwards better results? Not being negative I’m really upset with my neck/face and would like to know the correct way 😢❤
