That would explain some things.
ОтветитьYeah it's called a rendition for someone who claims to be a lawyer so much you think you would know this but yeah You're not a lawyer so of course you don't know what the hell you're talking about That's why you have such a hate for people making songs based off of others is your clueless and you don't know anything about the situation
Ответить🥳
ОтветитьI think if it's sampling, you need to look into synths. Gradient noise samplers are probably the most similar to AI type processing so maybe that's a link.
ОтветитьWhat was the update of the legal case against udio
ОтветитьHail the future! portrait artists cried at the invention of the photograph! BRING IT ON!
ОтветитьKeep up the great work! Thks
ОтветитьYes, it's a fine line between influneced by and derivative of. You look at Rodrigo vs Swift and Olivia barely touched the bridge of Cruel Summer, it was just similar, but definitely not the same.
ОтветитьI think it will come down to how the AI is actually trained, is it just using literal mathmatics to emulate the sounds or is it programmed to digitally sample then as you say "remix" the original. I think if the AI is doing things mathematically, you can't copyright math, you can't copyright a musical interval on it's own, I would assume the alternative to be legally absurd. It is going to be an interesting fight.
Ответить"If the AI has studied from songs that are owned by someone else..." So, since music students learn music that way, ALL music is a copyright violation. You need to be able to explain a legal difference.
ОтветитьUntil we customize it even more.
ОтветитьPeace Love Cool
Ответить🙏😘🤩🥰
ОтветитьI can tell you that the AI sometimes spits out things that sound too much like something original sometimes, even if not prompted that way (I use these tools and I'd rather generate something as original as possible)
