The pump that I like useing is lashionh breast pump and I tryed medela but didn't like it
ОтветитьThank you for your review! I got Elvie pumps and it’s great! Thank you!
ОтветитьI ended up buying the zomee fit, works for me as it was the cheapest with insurence i paid $50 so i could try it without spending $150 or $200 for willow or elvie so it was less of a paperweight if it didnt work. Definately larger than elvie and holds more, so yes dolly parton boob for me but it had features that others lacked that made it worth it like nipple correction and 2 modes. Cons are size, and the full sensor sometimes fogs up so i have to swish the milk around to wipe the view of the sensor to clean it to get it pumping again. Thankfully it doesnt happen too often. Holds charge for about 4 pumps. Parts are a pain to buy as they are sold out often...... So there is that and you have to use upright, but it works well on me and i can pump exclusively enough on it so im a happy camper. My son has tounge tie partially and struggles to feed on me so i dont mind pumping. Nights are hard but at least i can pump while he sleeps a little longer than every hour feeding that he desires. I cannot be an all you can eat buffet milk maid for his constant snaker style feeding.
ОтветитьWatching your videos again for my second pregnancy!
I am contemplating getting one of these this time. I was so sick and tired of being “strapped” in with a closed door at work for a year with my Spectra. It was also hard to coordinate events, regular dinners with family and friends, without having to retire early to pump alone.
ETA: omg the Willow sounds like a constant spray bottle. 😂.
I’d like to hear your review on the mom cozy!
ОтветитьDoing a c section while wearing a pump is not a issue with sterility?
ОтветитьWow, we have really tech’d the hell out of mothering. I really admire the moms that keep it old school and simple.
ОтветитьThe elvie collection cup is so difficult to empty completely and clean 🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️ these brands need to get it together and realize their price point is ridiculous and they need to have a choice of flanges. Most women are NOT 24mm etc
ОтветитьVery useful
ОтветитьCan you tone down the crazy eyes? I can't watch you while watching your videos when you're doing that but I want the info so I will suffer if you never improve that.
ОтветитьThank you for doing all this research and making this video! It was very needed. You're right - these things are not cheap. Us Mama's need reviews like this. ♡ God bless you.
ОтветитьThank you, you hit all the points that I wanted to know when shopping for a wearable pump. Thank you for all your content I love it!
ОтветитьI am currently sitting in the NICU watching this. Thanks for helping me make my decision. I hope it works well for me also. There is nothing like these hospital pumps (Ameda). I wish the manufacturer of these would make wearable😂. Great review. Thanks again. 😅
ОтветитьWhat were the pump model specific names? I'm considering the Elvie Stride but I'm wondering what these two models were.
ОтветитьGlad I seen this… sound is definitely important to me and glad you demonstrated that feature for both. If I decided to buy a wearable it would definitely be elvie.
ОтветитьStrange question because my neck looks like yours. Do you have an enlarged thyroid?
ОтветитьThank you for making this video
ОтветитьQuestion:is it safe to buy a breast pump used.
ОтветитьI wish I would have watched this before buying willow! Literally some of the worst pumps I’ve ever used and the most expensive… I had no sleep and bought these on a whim thinking they would be great, was very wrong. Thanks for sharing your experience.
ОтветитьWhat did you do regarding the Elvie flange sizes ?
ОтветитьHello, we are a breast pump company, can we cooperate❤
ОтветитьLove you
ОтветитьHello
Doctor. Thank you for your videos. Quick question I am all about being as natural as possible. Pregnant with baby number two and been thinking about using a wearable
breast pump. However, someone brought up on a blog I was reading the danger of possible being exposed to EMFs. What are your thoughts on that? ty in advanced
I know you are a Dr. but I couldn't help but notice your neck, have you got your thyroid checked? when looking at the video its on the left that seemed enlarged. My husband had thyroid cancer so this concern comes from the heart- and maybe you are already aware of this.
ОтветитьWhich spectra do you like the most?
ОтветитьThis is very helpful, thank you!
ОтветитьI just got the elvie stride through insurance
ОтветитьMy Frist baby I found really hard breastfeed I really was producing anything for months by then she was on milk powder will these breast help to bring my milk on I'm pregnant now
ОтветитьWould love a 2023 update with the other pumps you mentioned at the end of the video.
ОтветитьCorrection: You can change the suction level from the Willow 3.0 app so you don't have to go under your shirt to adjust it.
Another con of the Willow is that the bags are just awkward. The weird round shape is hard to store, the label's writing area is very small, and they are difficult to pour milk out of.
Very helpful! I give this advice to be helpful, try to replace the word "um" with silence.
ОтветитьThanks for this! I was sold on the Willow until this video, but I think I’ll be switching to Elvie, now. 😊
ОтветитьElvie now has a hospital grade pump, so the suction is supposed to be much better, and you're supposed to be able to fully empty the breast. I would be curious about what your thoughts would be on that one?
ОтветитьThank you so much for taking the time out of your day to do this! It was so well put together!!! Do you have or plan on having one on the Elvie Stride? It's a bit more affordable.
ОтветитьThank you for the review. I also love my Spectra but I can't use it while on the move. I'll get the Elvie. It is smaller and quieter.
ОтветитьIs this good for girls who are double DD?
ОтветитьGreat video! I appreciate testimonials and comparisons!
ОтветитьI’ve read several comparison articles between these two brands, and this is the best breakdown I’ve seen. It was so helpful to hear them and to see you actually wear them. And you brought up points that none of the sources I’ve read even mentioned, like how the willow does constant suction vs traditional intermittent suction on the Elvie.
Thank you! Very helpful information.
Please stop with the "um" every five seconds I couldn't even get past 5 minutes without going crazy
ОтветитьWhat are some Facebook support groups can I join ? I am in my second trimester
Ответитьyou remind me so much of amelia shepard
ОтветитьHello! Thanks so much for your super helpful videos! I am an outpatient pediatrician, and I was wondering if you find that the Elvie is leak free when actually moving around to examine a patient or is it more for typing notes at a desk? How about when wrangling a toddler for a COVID swab? 😂 Thanks!!
ОтветитьI'm in my first trimester and after seeing everything is going well at my first ultrasound I'm letting myself start to plan. I'm big on making lists, even lists of lists I need to make haha. I work from home, get 3 months of paid leave, and really am motivated to breastfeed. I like the idea of a hands free option but at $500 I think I'd like to know breastfeeding will work for me and understand my supply before making that kind of investment. Do you think it's necessary to have a pump ready for when you get home from the hospital?
ОтветитьThis comparison was SO helpful!! I’ve been researching wearables and thought I was going to get the Willow Go. After watching your video I will definitely be purchasing the Elvie. Thank you Dr!!
ОтветитьIs it painful ? And is it pumps good?
ОтветитьThank you for this video! I love my spectra too but it’s hard to get tied down to a pump every 3 hours of the day. I can’t afford to buy the “wrong one” so this is very helpful :) 👏🏼👏🏼
ОтветитьUhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Hey ladies daddy's home, come to Butt-Head
ОтветитьHow do you check to see if you’re empty??
ОтветитьNext time you're walking in the street and while walking past a woman, hear sucking sounds, you'll know what's going on.
Ответить
