Hm. >.>
Would love a follow up video on this to see if it was doable to keep up 😊
ОтветитьI know this video is old and I saw it when it came out, but I have finally gotten the courage to try this :)
ОтветитьI did these 2 years ago way before I heard about Yes Theory, I just remembered how good I felt so coming across this video again. I’m definitely doing it again

ОтветитьI deleted antisocial media and replaced it with Duolingo for those times when you want to fidgit. Now I speak French 😁
ОтветитьI’m using social media to learn about not using social media 👍
ОтветитьI will delete my social media after I finish watching this video. I want to see what it's all about
ОтветитьI absolutely love how meaningful, real and good quality content this channel has. Love love love what you guys are doing ❤
ОтветитьI spend a lot of time on my phone but it’s time that I wouldn’t have been doing anything productive anyway. I’m not someone who is on my phone while talking to people. I’m just on my phone on my breaks and in my downtime
ОтветитьCurious how he´s doing now.
ОтветитьCan we get an update video?!
ОтветитьIts not wat whe have lost its wat distracks us of being our selfs
ОтветитьThomas youre on the right track
ОтветитьBeutiful video
ОтветитьI know all that i want to know im just waiting on the rest to folow and i know its not gona happen.
ОтветитьI only average 12h 13m a day and that's not half bad
Ответить💚
ОтветитьFor me I just turned social media into a mailbox: deactivate notifications.
I check it from time to time when I want, it doesn’t distract or interrupt me, feels a lot more natural & peaceful.
Discovered this by accident by using the a social app where notifications don’t work (it’s a bug), but I found enjoying it a lot more that way!
Happy accidents.
Do you or anyone have any tips on how to do this but the fear of being alone when you don't really have a massive support system? Been wanting to do this but am afraid of isolation if that makes sense?
Ответить3 years later do you still have the apps deleted? And download every 3 days
ОтветитьJesus loves everyone and died on the cross for your sins and rose again three days later♥ Heaven and hell are both real places and we will be spending eternity in one of those places. Repent and put your trust in Him today and if you don't know how to reply to this comment♥ If you're already a born again Christian,(Jesus answered him, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”) John 3:3, live for Him everyday and represent Him everywhere you go. Be a light for Him so that others that are lost will come to God. ♥ God bless you.
Ответитьjust the low degree anxiety it causes is enough of a reason for me. I will do this at a certain point in my life for sure. cutting smoking comes first! Lets go!
ОтветитьWould love to see more videos like these. Feel like this subject is even bigger now, especially after the pandemic.
Ответитьsometimes i wonder if the stock footage people watch yes theory videos and see their face and smile, like.... guys... i made it :')
ОтветитьI’m doing it. Starting today.
ОтветитьThe fact that you watch this masterpiece in your phone
ОтветитьDamn it's been more than 4 years for me already without social media. I'm never looking back again. This video helped me immensely. Thank you Yes Theory <3
ОтветитьI deleted social media and will see what’s going to be. Will write after :)
ОтветитьI'm 71 in a couple of weeks. For most of my life I never had a phone. I only access social media etc when I get home, as I rarely take my phone out with me. There's nothing more annoying than having to listen to one side of someone's phone conversation when your travelling on the bus or train or everybody just staring at their phones. Life's too short to be staring at a screen all the time, imo.
Ответитьill randomly wake up tap instagram or twitter and keep scrolling or be at work walking and scrolling or outside even which is dangerous. im quitting officially today idk im wasting too many hours
ОтветитьGreat idea, to use it as a power tool for example learning new things and sharing your passion like I share my music but stopping the endless scrolling and instead focussing on creating art, creating content, then sharing that and getting off social media again-without checking up on likes and comments every two minutes -Thats my kinda takeaway from it ☺
Ответитьno way the like button on this video lit up when you were talking about it that was freaky
ОтветитьConsidering your job literally is social media, I don't get how the time on your phone each day is so tiny!
ОтветитьFunny, Louis CK touched on this like 15 years ago on Conan. Pretty much said exactly what this guy said, just less eloquently
ОтветитьSave so much time can do so much things, like learn english with yes theory everyday
ОтветитьYou didnt really delete social media. Just deleted the app from your phone, sooo sorry, it doenst count
ОтветитьI did this for 90 days with instagram.... I need to do it again
ОтветитьI deleted Instagram and Facebook on 14 March 2024 it's more than 90 days and I feel so good mentally must try this
ОтветитьIts it my favorite video, please i need a remake versión of this!
ОтветитьThanks❤
ОтветитьThe background music makes it hard to follow you guys. It’s kind of annoying.
