The worst new feature on ebay is the AI item descriptions that too many lazy sellers are all too keen to use instead of describing the condition of gear they're selling. This is the response of the support of insta360 when i ask them why it is out of stock:

"We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to some problems with the current Ace Pro 2 products being found during inspection, we need to wait for the next batch of returns. We have not received the notification for the next batch of returns yet. Please understand."

They told me after i ask them why it is out of stock you sold only 12 items.
