Ginger, fennel seeds, peppermint, kiwi- gut friendly
ОтветитьHey peeps, if ur stomach feels heavy or u hv gas, GR Kaada is the solution. It’s working great for me 😌
ОтветитьFlaxseeds in smoothies, you will go to toilet much easier.👌👍
ОтветитьYour pretty mashallah you look like amal clooney
ОтветитьExcept ginger is the most gas promoting ingredient amongst spices. Oh and fiber makes You bloated too, you know.
ОтветитьLove all of these recommendations. I will try the warm season: pole beans, San Marzano tomatoes, Ping Tung eggplant and French marigold
ОтветитьI heard that mint tea decreases iron absorption if taken after a meal so have it before if you want to :)
ОтветитьSo close to 100k likes!
ОтветитьThank you 🙏 for short round up to fix bloating! ❤❤❤Love it very much! ❤❤
ОтветитьVery informative. I had a look at the article that you wrote too. I am glad it also mentions SIBO.
Low FODMAP diet can be helpful too when it comes to finding out which food we can't tolerate and perhaps reintroducing some of them later on once our digestive/gut problems are addressed.
One more thing I would add is the importance of stomach acidity. Drinking ACV before the meal can be helpful. HCL too - but best to consult with a doctor first (bile flow is important too when adding HCL supplements).
Thank u for such a great video❤️
ОтветитьI’m going to try the ginger water tip!!
ОтветитьBest presentation and just become subscribers can imagine that influence

ОтветитьOkay I'll stop drinking only from a straw... Thank you for this video!!
ОтветитьThe eyes .......beautiful !
ОтветитьI eat cabbage, carrot, and white rice (along with fish or chicken) almost every day. I always have gas in my intestines; I can even feel it with my hand. It feels like there is a sausage in my belly, mostly in the upper part. It does not cause pain, just discomfort, and it eventually ends up as a fart.
I tried taking probiotics for almost two months to see if they could solve the issue, but the gas remained.
Also I've stopped consumed added sugar for almost two years now.
Any idea how to solve this gas issue?
I hate being bloated it's so uncomfortable 😣
ОтветитьSalt and sugar is not required. Fact.
ОтветитьI love your bloopers. first time here and very informative. will keep supporting. thank you.

ОтветитьWow... what disinformation.
ОтветитьGirl thank you so much for this helpful information! But your pronunciation for certain words such as intestines and legumes gives me the ick! Quick Google search pls
ОтветитьBloating is not normal. It's indicative of bad gut bacteria, imbalanced hormones, poor diet, etc.
ОтветитьThanks for this video! It was so informative and helped a lot :)
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьI've soaked legumes, grains, seeds, nuts, nothing has helped me but eggs, coconut oil, chicken broth, grass fed butter, fermented foods, and vegetables. Also sweet potatoes! I eat no fast food, only organic whole food and flavor with herbs/spices not even organic condiments. Himalayan salt too
ОтветитьHi, new follower here. I’ve been having gut issues recently, I’m wondering for how long to soak the lentils for? Thanks!
ОтветитьI take enzymes by the company Puradyme. They truly help a great deal. Although I personally just like to support that company you can get the same type of enzymes anywhere but they do really help a lot.
