Iv been jail before what iv seen happen alot was guys who were big before would come out small and vice versa. I lost 18 kg in 3 months when i went it just happens change of food sleep and routine. Lack of good food is a big shock to the body also.

There’s a world of difference between being ignorant of laws and customs and accidentally violating local laws cuz of a difference in culture.
