This would be a disaster against anyone with real fighting training. A boxer with 2 weeks of training would KO this guy. Karate is not good

Hare Krishna this is great as I got to my blue belt in karate 🥋 but sustained a injury which put a stop to my training many years ago and now I need to just remember the basic moves Etc and keeping fit along with the Zen Buddhism which is where it came from 😎🥋👍✊️😉💀⚡️👀🌙🍄🕉

i was 10 years when i started learning go juryu karate, i had a lot of memories at that time during my younger years now i'm in to eskrima the filipino martial arts. i incorporate the go juryu karate style with eskrima.

actually there is no style.

Very nice, don't feel that most teachers , teach these basic technical things, and they should be teaching alot more often.this is very good video.

I would not say something like a back punch is all that basic going off of not knowing what to compare it to.
