ОтветитьI'm 55. I started learning swimming from April 24. It took almost three months to take side Breathing. Next problem is exhaustion. I use to go 5 to 10m in one go. Then the length increased gradually. In November 24 I am able to swim 37m in one go. My target for 2024 is to swim 50m in one go without break.
