How fast is the Enterprise theme from StudioPress out of the box? We test it on WPEngine with the same demo setup used on StudioPress.

This is Brett from WPThemeSpeed and today were taken with the Enterprise Theme from StudioPress we're loading it up on our on-site with the same demo data and configuration is fine on StudioPress.com we want to see how fast it will run first were done check it out on Pingdom.com will load in our URL and test button and went to a score comes back as as it loads in we see that we score a 96 on this theme 1.19 second load time some room for improvement that the baseline running on a great host like WPEngine was in a check WebPageTest.org this loads a couple different tests one will be the first page load in the second will be the repeat views that will give you more perspective on how fast it loads a second time after the site aesthetic chance to cash in someone browser this case were emulate chrome browser the first view comes back as 1.35 seconds participant partially complete final result will show us that repeat view and in this case the repeat you come back at 0.15 seconds idleness were not running CDN compressed images we got some room for improvement even even at those speeds find a real check page speed insights from Google this doesn't give us a speed but it does show us some of the areas that we might improve things for both the mobile viewing experience and desktop you score an 85 on mobile and 90 on desktop and definitely some room to improve the JavaScript CSS load times and we definitely have some images with this demo that could be improved
