India: PM Modi, Spain's Sanchez Inaugurate Tata Aircraft Complex, To Manufacture Military Aircraft

India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed Spain's leader Pedro Sanchez to Gujarat. Huge crowds gathered in Gujarat's Vadodara as the two leaders held a mega road show. Prime Minister Modi and Spain's Pedro Sanchez inaugurated the Tata Aircraft Complex in Vadodara, which is India's first private facility for military aircraft. The facility will manufacture the C-295 military transport aircraft. The two leaders hailed growing ties between India and Spain, especially in the field of defence. Later, PM Modi and PM Sanchez also held bilateral talks. The Spanish Prime Minister, who is also the President of the Government of Spain, is on a 3-day visit to India.
