Peach farmer is plenty happy until the restaurant discovers that peaches imported from larger farms in other areas are cheaper.
Truck driver is happy until his wife divorces him for being away from home so much.
The bellman is happy until he is cut out of the budget as ABnBs eat into the hotel's revenue.
The waitress is happy until the restaurant removes the workers eat free policy, since it costs too much.
The city is happy until the budget runs dry over maintaining expensive infrastructure that returns little property tax.
The local residents are happy until pushed outside town by property values increasing disproportionately to wage.
