I choose Vegas personally. Summerline, Skye Canyon are on the west & NW side. Henderson is ranked as one of safest cities in the US. Also it’s about 10° - 15 cooler in skye canyon compared to PHX due to elevation being significantly higher above, sea level.
ОтветитьI have been studying Phx vs LV as well. There is more to do in LV. And taxes are lower(zero). But the Healthcare in LV seems lacking. Also the LV economy is heavily depend on hospitality. Which you mentioned. I think i prefer LV but not decided yet.
ОтветитьScottsdale has really good nightlife if that's what you care about. Vegas still has some cheap eats and good deals, but Phoenix is not a tourist trap like Vegas. I like Phoenix better, and I lived in both cities. (although is was only Vegas less than a year).
ОтветитьArizona has a lot of fentanyl addicts and criminals
ОтветитьI've lived in both places. PHX SUCKS! VEGAS IS GREAT! (mic drop)
ОтветитьFirst of all Phoenix and Vegas aren’t West Coast cities.
San Diego, LA, San Fran, Portland, Seattle are West Coast cities.
Second of all if I gotta choose between the two, I’m definitely picking Phoenix.
Neither. Too far from the ocean.
ОтветитьPhx is on avg 6 deg hotter than LV
ОтветитьThe crime in LV is mainly from CA peeps!🤣🤔
ОтветитьPhoenix arizona and Las Vegas are not west coast cities
ОтветитьIf Vegas had more job opportunities outside of hospitality, it would definitely be my pick.
ОтветитьI live in NYC with terrible Asthma. At one point I had to sleep in my car and in the offices of my customers, sneaking in at night and out at 4am after I ran out of money for hotels (close to $200/night). Been all over the world and it only got worse until I went to Phoenix. After 2 weeks of suffering and feeling even worse than in NYC the Asthma was gone! no meds, normal sleep, it was a miracle. Now I want to buy a home but I am not sure if I should also be trying vegas because I head of pollution in phoenix and much harsher/longer lasting heat in the summer. Las Vegas sounds better for me.
ОтветитьPhoenix is fun
ОтветитьIt's like "which do you prefer, 115 degrees or 118 degrees?"
Ответитьhow about healthcare system ? can you compare them ?
