Love your videos. More G-Wagon content please!
ОтветитьGood video. The long travel FJ has a fantastic stance. Would like to see a Jeep Gladiator on the trails with its long wheel base.
Ответитьhow u doing?! very perfect . 🤞
ОтветитьHow much travel for each vehicle? Maybe add to the description?
ОтветитьI would think this also translates to a smoother experience as a passenger?
My wife hates being shaken around off road.
Maybe I could justify 5k in wheels, tires, suspension? 😁
Did the blue FJ have the swaybar disconnected? I imagine it did but unsure
ОтветитьGreat comparison. Love your videos.
ОтветитьGood video thank you, I really like long travel especially going fast off-road I just wish it didnt cost like $15k plus for it
ОтветитьFantastic side by side comparison! Pausing to keep the clips relatively in time with each other was a great idea. It's great to see Kai doing his thing as well
ОтветитьI went to AOAA this day instead of the main group to Rausch. I have long rear & mid front, I wish I was there to be the 3rd factor lol
ОтветитьTinkerer Adventure's long travel FJ is badass! Great video Cong!
ОтветитьGreat video!!
ОтветитьNow we need one more video with the skinnies !
One of these days I'm going to do a crawl control test and compare skinny versus wide from at traction perspective
What length rear shocks are in the white FJ?
ОтветитьWhite Fj Cruiser suspension: ...................a little over 2 inch of lift front and rear
For Clarity, is that Body Lift or Suspension lift? Thanks
Super video
ОтветитьWhat’s the front bumper on the long travel FJ?! Looks clean
ОтветитьThese videos are absolutely fantastic! Totally hooked on the off-road engineering content. Quick question though—those sleek white cushions in the white Fj at the 0.52-minute mark, any chance you could drop the link? I'm eager to explore those beauties. thanks!
ОтветитьQue tamaños de neumáticos son de la blanca. Exelente video 📸.
ОтветитьThe only downside to long travel suspension is cost, there’s no other real downside to the LT. Mid Travel has more downfalls than long travel for wheeling like this, medium rock crawling. Mid travel has better on road manners and “less maintenance” and cost much less but a tuned long travel is just so capable and can do slow technical stuff as well as high speed where is can really shine. If money was not an issue the majority of people would choose long travel but if budget is a worry mid travel is the way to go. I’ve seen people with a long travel front suspension and a mid travel or extended travel rear which could be a good choice for heavy Overlanding rigs. Great video, I absolutely love the side by side views showing the difference between the 2 FJ’s. 🤘🏼😎🤘🏼
ОтветитьProbably a long shot, but it would be amazing to see the Blue FJ redo this exact trail but with the new Apex Designs "KWIKLYNX TOYOTA SWAY BAR DISCONNECTS" and get to see side by side footage of how different the FJ flexes in the same situations. Manual disconnects would make for a pretty great mid travel setup that is somewhere in between both FJ's in the above video, while also not loosing any of the on road safety the sway bar provides.
Ответитьdid the blue FJ have a front sway bar?
ОтветитьQuestion for anyone who has or ridden in a 4x4 with medium or long travel.......im in a country with horrible roads, i would like to know hows the comfort level vs stock and handling vs stock
