Downside is, any joint is going to move +/- up to almost 5/16 an inch in the spring and fall( the screws on miters pull out and gluing them just breaks so pick your poison. )And somehow the stuff isnt all the same width and its man made. Walking on them at 16.o.c. still feels really soft in the late spring to early fall.

Composite is the worst board, especially in the south.

Pick any day in the summer, you can bend it. You can bend it every day in the summer. Composite boards are useless. Its like using a string with cotton on both ends for a q-tip, useless.
