In this Ashtanga Primary Series practice we follow the traditional series just skipping over the Janusirsasana poses to be able to take more time to try some of the 'gate keepers' in the middle of the series: Bhuja Pidasana, Kurmasana & Supta Kurmasana. Then we do a couple of back bends, stretch out the back and end with sitting concentration and savasana.

It's a great practice for those still working on some of these difficult poses, especially when you don't have 2 hours or more for yoga. You can use the chapters to find what you have time for today!
