How to Get More Calls from Naukri & Linkedin!

Kuch bhi krlo koi call nhi ayega. Naukri wale resume view krke call back ni krte, Linkedin wale "Unfortunately" ka email bhej denge.

Linkdin is waste of time, after applying so many jobs didn't even get a single call back.. Naukri is much better, definitely will get calls for further interview process...

Using your resume scan tool forces you to reveal user's phone number. This is how you violate user's privacy ? BTW, why do you need them in the first place ?
