Lovely home, but some parts feel like a maze. The dining room on the left of the entrance does not function as a dining room. Too far from the kitchen to walk food there. Would work better as a sitting room or music room

For only two million, the house is ugly on the outside and extremely ugly and uncomfortable on the inside. The house has only 4 bedrooms. If one of them is a guest house, then 4 people live in the house. Why do we need such a monstrous kitchen? Why is the formal dining room as far away from the kitchen as possible? Why is there a sink on the island? There is already a sink by the window. Why do you need such tall upper cabinets in the kitchen? There is such a huge pantry who finds it convenient to store things on the ceiling?
The entire backyard is tiled. In the sun it will heat up so much that the air conditioner in the house will have to work at triple speed.
The cabinets in the master bedroom are more modern than the kitchen cabinets. But there the toilet door blocks the exit from the dressing room. You come out of the wardrobe and get hit in the face by the door. On the second floor, as usual, the architect was unable to build all the rooms on one level, here and there one or two steps up and down.
The only plus is the good size of the bedrooms.

This base price is going to to start out at 800k and we're realllllyyy pushing it for this big box builder house design😂😂😂...get out here

Home has many great features, however having the formal dining room so far from the kitchen and not connected by a butler's pantry is crazy. Also, a $2 million home without a bench in the master shower to sit and shave your legs is not well thought out. I mean who really needs to walk through their shower?

I currently live in Frisco in a decent size house over 4500sq ft but we are thinking about a bigger house. Unfortunately the lots are too small for us. Our current lot is 0.44 acre so it’s a pretty large backyard compared to current new houses and the neighborhoods.
Also if we sell our current house the next one must be in a gated community.

Who’s buying these homes ? Wait!! People from California…

This is not worth the price. A few years ago you could get this for 350k
I’ll keep my home and just travel for the price of the cost of a new home and mortgage.
