5 60’ HS walk (1 rep: 30’ forward walk + pirouette + 30’ backwards walk) *all 60’ must be unbroken for rep to count.
This hurts in ways I can’t explain, but who am I, other than a washed up old man that eats way too much pizza and doesn’t drink nearly enough water.
