NOTE:
You can use the Asus OC profile and stop it from syncing all of your cores by manually setting your core frequencies maximums in bios.

So this video is a testament to how unnecessarily difficult it is to understand modern bios. I miss the good old days of overclocking with six settings. I so miss those days. And Intel wonders why their chips are frying.

I hope this helps somebody because after spending tons of time meticulously going through bios settings, I finally figured out what it is that is causing this flag.
Be aware that once you get rid of this flag, you’re going to have to readjust your voltages because your thermals are going to go up. 

You can also fix this issue with other processors that don’t pull as much power by just raising power limit maximums. PL1 and PL2. Core power max.
Know what you’re doing, know the limitations of your processor and you’ll be OK.
