I mean honestly, this worked out quite well for Europe as a whole. Germany is now so strong that no nation in continental Europe can hope to win against them, but at the same time, they're a stable liberal democracy. Poland, Hungary and Italy are likely to be German allies and with Russia lacking most of its western territories and German help, are likely to win any war against Russia. Britain might technically be weakened in influence, but actual British power is essentially unchanged, probably boosted in fact, since Russia is a lesser threat than in the original timeline and relations with Germany are likely to be, if not necessarilly great, not bad either. France might suffer short term, but are unlikely to be very negatively affected long term. The absence of multiple devastating great European wars would immensely boost European prosperity as a whole too.

The idea that beacause Britain was so much more industrialised it could dominate Europe is absurd, while she had an incredible navy, her land armies were laughably inept compared to France, Germany and Russia, the British contributions in European fronts were always more of an ressource and support one while their allies did the heavy lifting. Meanwhile in the war you described Germany would already have trouble defeating either France or Russia, so facing both would just mean getting torn apart. That is even more amplified by the fact that both nations are aggressive and expantionist in this scenario so Germany wouldn't have the opportunity to face an unprepared France or a Russia crippled by internal conflicts.
