That's an easy problem to fix. Just place a blue chest between every 2 silos that requests 1 rocket pod and then have wired inserters put it in the silos.
"We're gonna use this green wire..."
What are you doing?
"...And then into a combinator..."
Do you just WANT this to be hard? And I'm sure this way probably introduces a bunch of lag with that belt.... And now it'll never load the last silo with that extra rocket on the belt!
Oh lol, you didn't know how the robot attrition worked. That explains everything. Phew.

A simpler solution would been to loop the wire carrying space capsules.

I have a question for you. Why are you putting so many rocket siloses for 1 material? 1 wouldn't be enough? On my playthrough I am using only 1, sometimes even mixed resources and not sure if thats the correct way. Also, great content, we can see you put so much effort in each episode of SE.

Your capsule logic did not failed because of hiccup, you did not override inserters stack size. It was 2. So 3x swings is 6 capsules to 5 silos, so 1 extra.

Logistics bots are great for use in space, they greatly reduce scaffolding use and can get around annoying logistics challenges

Even for a hifi solution that capsule management seems overdone.
A simple memory cell like the kind used for sushi belts with the inserter
set to activate if signal<5 and set to handsize override 1 would have done the same .

question: why not make the rocket capsule "import" get into a supply chest and in each rocked pad you set one request quest that request 1 capsule?

Then just set 10 logistics robots and 3-4 roboports and you will have to use less logic.

If you want the meager amount of iron on Morpheus to last longer, you might wanna consider going for the vulcanite smelting recipe, since you have Vulcanite present locally.

I'd have liked to see you build a timer circuit for your prototype. Something which measures how many of an item is in storage, but remembers that value for a while. A belt loop could work as a clock. I'm sure someone has done something like it.

I wonder if the capsule issue could've been fixed with a provider chest at the end of the belt and a requester chest at the very start where they initially get put onto the belt and just having logistic robots carry stuff from the end of the line back to the start periodically... Probably not very efficient but would've been simpler, no?

The Robot Attrition Mod sounds as if they're trying to warn you not to use too many robots. Other than that, it would be one of the few pointless mods I'd rip out of a modpack such as this. If there are robots that can work with roboports I want all of them working at maximum efficiency. This robot attrition crap is no thing I want to put up with, at all! Good thing I'm not considering this modpack, it would get rather heavily edited as to so-called "required" mods. I'm the type of player who will mod a modpack to suit what I want it to be doing for me, not the other way around. I don't roll that way, period.
