- **Adam DeGraff**: Violinist, farmer, and youth Jiu Jitsu enthusiast since 2018. Believes in disciplined but fun training!
- **Dan Kuprin**: Web developer & black belt with 15+ years in martial arts. Focuses on self-defense, confidence, and physical health.
- **Rusty Nelson**: Physical therapist, purple belt, coach of the morning program, and movement enthusiast.
- **Andrew DeGraff**: Student & top-ranked 135lb no-gi competitor. Trains in Lewisburg & Austin, TX.

- **Kids (Littles 4-8, Bigs 8-12)**
- Teaches BJJ basics, discipline, respect, & anti-bullying.
- M/W/F classes.

- **Adults**
- **No-Gi (M/W/F):** All levels, fundamentals & advanced.
- **Gi (T/Th):** Traditional BJJ, drills, sparring, & fitness.

- **👩‍👧‍👧 Women’s Only (No-Gi M/W/F)**
- Safe, supportive space for all levels. Focus on self-defense, fitness, and confidence.
