thank you for this !!!!!
Ответитьmy queen !
ОтветитьLove this video a lot. I work at Starbucks and we have some regulars who are deaf and I want to make it easier for them to order. Thank you very much 💕
ОтветитьThank you. ❤
ОтветитьOne critique I have is that sometimes showing the full form of the signs is neglected. Especially pumpkin. I saw the orange part of the sign but I could not make out the hand form for pumpkin. You can say it's just thumping your hand, but if we can't see your form, we will wonder to thump with what. Middle finger, index, pinky? I've been watching these videos a good while lately and theyre pretty good, but if you're making these for beginners, try to be mindful of all aspects of form. Placement, location, direction (clockwise, counterclockwise, left, right, forward, backward, up, down, slant, etc.), How many taps or movements. I just felt this would be crucial because this could lead someone to improperly sign something. Like how you say eyebrows and expression is important, I would think the other elements I mentioned are crucial as well.
ОтветитьThis will definitely help me if i get the job as a flight attendant
ОтветитьHi. So lovely video. Is there possibility, that you will show us some more words like for sugar, lactose free milk, oat milk , soya milk, napkin, "to go"? That would be so lovely. Thank you anyway!
Ответитьgreat but can you make a video on animals

Ответитьdoes CINN the two N should be slide to the side, but you demo as node twice. can you let me know and thank you.
ОтветитьOh my god thank you so much for this video!! I’m a barista and there are these two ladies who are deaf who come in a lot and I always feel bad that I can’t properly communicate with them. This was really helpful even if it’s just basics! It goes a long way and I’m excited to converse with them :)
Ответитьi work as a barista and i am so excited to learn asl for my customers :)
ОтветитьI practice almost everyday with your videos! Being able to give a good customer experience to everyone is great!!
Thank you!
Thanks 🙏 ❤
ОтветитьI’m a Barista and I’m losing my voice a lot due to allergies and throat conditions. so switching to sign has been an amazing help not just to me but customers who also use this language. I hope someday learning this become standard in schools.
ОтветитьI'm curious to know what to do in a situation when you don't know the spelling of something that you have to fingerspell
ОтветитьThanks this is super useful! I've been learning a lot of ASL irl, but there are still some specific areas where I don't feel confident when I'm signing at work since it has to happen super fast and a lot of the words are very specific. This was very useful in closing some of the gaps!
ОтветитьLove your channel!! ❤
Ответить🏆🏆🏆
ОтветитьNo signs for cream or sugar?
Ответить❤ I'm your fan!
ОтветитьI miss signing to my best friend/sister. I met her when I was 7 years old & when I was 8 asked her to teach me to sign, I'm now 59 yrs old & hadn't seen her in 15 years cause of me moving away. It's came in handy knowing sign language cause once in awhile I meet a deaf person. I started signing in the church during service & people have notice & comment about it. We have music camp for kids ages 5-11 yrs old for 5 days before school starts & was asked if would teach them to sign the Bible Verse for that week, I didn't hesitate to say yes. I encourage anyone that wants to learn a different language sign language is the best one to learn
ОтветитьI went without speaking for 3 days because a friend said i talk too much. I had a great conversation with a guy that was def when i went to a bar two nights later. It was great to communicate in other ways and learn more.
ОтветитьThe sign for honey could also mean sweet so I would probably spell out honey since adding sweetener is also an option in a coffee shop. Unless you work at Dutch Bros because then sweet is the ONLY option.
ОтветитьSet an alarm for grown up but I have a deaf grandma
ОтветитьI work at a McDonalds and we have a lot of deaf people come in who write down what they want and they would always look down because of it I have been taking asl at school but never felt comfortable talking with them other than the occasional hello, my teacher taught us how to say total and how to sign money but I don't know how to use it in a situation if you could make a video about that topic I would really appreciate it.
ОтветитьFunniest thing though even though they are going to finger spell their name Starbucks still probably will get it wrong
ОтветитьYou are very helpful I want to learn sight so if I become besties with one I know how to communicate thank you so so much you are really helpful and I mean it
Ответить❤❤❤
ОтветитьMy cousin is def and I’m trying to learn lol
ОтветитьPls do a chemistry physics and biology terms urgent needed thanks
ОтветитьThankyou very much 😊
ОтветитьI have a deaf child and I want to learn
ОтветитьI’m in an ASL course and I saw at work a mom and her daughter using sign language and I wanted to try so bad, but I got scared I would fumble, so for now I’ll practice 😫
ОтветитьWeird so many ASL videos talk about customers but very few sign the word "customer"!
ОтветитьThere is a lady who is deaf who is a regular at my coffee shop! I hope next time she comes in I can sign for her order :)
ОтветитьMake a video how to say Anaiyah
ОтветитьAre you gay
ОтветитьAs a Deaf person, I feel deeply hurt and frustrated seeing hearing creators profit off ASL—a language that comes from our culture and experiences—without giving back to the Deaf community. ASL is more than just signs; it’s tied to our identity, history, and values.
It’s important for everyone to recognize that learning ASL should come from Deaf educators who truly understand and live the language. Please consider supporting Deaf creators who are the rightful stewards of ASL and its cultural significance.
I can hear fine

ОтветитьThank you so so much I wasn’t expecting to learn so much so fast and your pacing is easy to follow :”)
ОтветитьHi! Wonderful video, just wanted to correct the sign at the end!!! When you are saying you love something that is not a person, you use a different sign for love! It is formed with an "s" hand. You place it on the mouth and bring it forward!
ОтветитьCOFFE COFFE
ОтветитьI’m gonna rip my goddamn hair out. This is hard
