Can we pick specific abilities to use on other war frames?

U can feed it any warframe except the prime? And that warframe should rank 30 ? And can u feed it the same wf many times and this will level it up ? Faster than the sources? Or it jus wasting time and resources to build the wf ? And there is another hilminth segment u can buy it from the son after rank 5 in deimos , what that for what it do ?

Why did you end there? What happens after oberon is consumed? How do you put oberons ability to another frame? After you transfer oberons ability to another frame do you need to consume another oberon to get the ability again?
