ОтветитьUPDATE: Now I'm down 40 lbs and have s ton of energy every day. I have more energy at 40 than I had at 20 yrs old. This is such an easy and fun way to work out. I can't believe the results I've had in 5 months!!
I've been doing this (and a couple videos in rotation) every day since October 20th and have lost 14 lbs...very stubborn menopause weight. My energy is high day to day and every day I dance with you guys, I get better and can last longer. Thank you SO MUCH for what you do!! This is such a blast! It sure beats the gym or even just doing crunches by yourself.
This one really is the best one. The music, the moves, everything!!

ОтветитьThis was so much fun! I love cardio and spin for 1 hr 5 days a week which is a challenge this was just as challenging. I loved it and your enthusiasm and encouragement was great too. I will be doing this often, like the music too 😊.

ОтветитьGreat job Jamie! Nice and aerobic. I change all the impact exercises into no impact, and rewind the shuffle pump exercise so that I do it twice. I also fasten 1 lb weights to each arm and 2 lb weights to each ankle. These videos make it so easy to adjust to your own body and needs. Ads are reasonable on this video. I do this video every day - such a big help.
