Brave and intelligent loco pilots.👍👍 They should be rewarded. Instead of spending large sums of money on bullet train projects, railway minister should spend more money on upgrading railway infrastructure, especially tracks and signalling. There are so many crucial vacancies that railway minister has not filled, and this leading to fatigue and exhaustion to existing loco pilots, leading to accidents.

i suggest they give you a safety harness so you can put it around you , and attac h other end to the rail maybe . this way you wont fall. but provide some kind of lowering mechanism also so you in case you do fall you could lower yourself
or raise yourself.
