Didn’t work for me

I have an AIO that I only got a year ago and it periodically just locks up; freezes. No error message. No response from the keyboard or mouse. Nothing. I have to do a hard reset. I've done countless tests on the hardware and softeware and can't find a bleepidy blinkin thing wrong.
