Gonz was skating switch before anyone on the street.
ОтветитьMark just makes skateboarding look like so much fun.
ОтветитьThe most important video part in skateboarding history. Shaped everything to come.
ОтветитьI was 3 years old when this was released.... My all time favorite video part... Light years ahead of his time......
ОтветитьI like how he randomly drops a coffin on your ass.
ОтветитьI plan on getting a Beamer for my birthday, I’ve always loved how gonz skates and makes it look like the time of his life in each clip. Much respect ❤
Ответитьthis is sick, I love all the half cabs and 180's everything so spontaneous makes me want to skate
ОтветитьThat transition from half cab to the most stylish backside air in the world plays on repeat in my mind.
ОтветитьKing of style
ОтветитьI'm not of these days, but in can see, there is something about he's style. So confident...
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьThis is by far the best Peanuts episode ever! Gonz iz a Legend
ОтветитьI needed that.
ОтветитьStaellfish to fakie was tight
ОтветитьHe has an heavy/strange relationship with gravity
ОтветитьCOLTRANEEEEEE
ОтветитьOne of the best skater in the 80s and 90s with more powerfull style in the streets and vert. Gonz was the best rider in the oldschool history
ОтветитьSo he did the darkslide first?
ОтветитьSo good
Ответитьwhats that fliptrick at 45 secs looks amazing
Ответитьwithout gonz we wouldnt be street skating today
Ответитьcaveman darkslide in 1991!!
ОтветитьPure gold
ОтветитьThe best style ever..
ОтветитьZarpado! para la época una eminencia "
Ответитьis this the first official dark slide in a video?
Ответить2024 anyone
ОтветитьLegend says he's still cruising around to this day.
ОтветитьThe absolute funnest way to skate down a sidewalk is to try your best to emulate The Gonz
ОтветитьSLAM-MAN!
ОтветитьThis video changed so many people and things that year. Gonz and Coltrane, c’mon. Heavy weights….
ОтветитьGonz is a monster. Still the smoothest, most badass creative skater period. He took chances, he tried the craziest shit between him and natus and created Street skating as we know it today. He was doing switch shit before anyone was even thinking about it. I'm talking 1990. Haha so insane and I'm so fortunate that I got to meet him in my hometown of Fargo North Dakota when he was on tour with his team and he was the most gracious guy and he was drawing pictures for everyone at the party. I was in awe of how genuine he was and honest. He really didn't like being around a ton of people like that partying and he just sat in a corner and Drew sketches of people for them. And just knowing how much of an impact he made on skateboarding blew me the fuck away.
ОтветитьAbsolute mad lad. This man is the reason why skateboarding became what it is in the first place. He just makes it look fun and appealing. That's talent, a bit along the lines of Mullen, and to a lesser extent, Kareem Cambell
ОтветитьI'm 31 years old and I dress exactly like Gonz in this part
Ответитьwhere's that little girl now?
ОтветитьBasically Art
ОтветитьThis is filming. Not this zoom in zoom out crap we see now a days. I can actually see what’s going on and see the spot.
Amazing video
The stale fish grab… that was a moment
ОтветитьMasterpiece
Ответить"Why haven't today's filmmakers simply used old-school camcorders to film skate videos, to get that same look? I'm sure it would give today's videos a killer vibe.
i m totally fan of this old tape of skate with the grain VHS of time it's so good
IMO the best skateboarding part ever put out. I wanted to ride like him. Skillful and playful.
ОтветитьI’m very disappointed in him. He’s suppose to be a legendary skateboarder, not a pirate 😅
ОтветитьGOAT
Ответитьtimeless I was just born this came out but im a skate rat and respect all the OGs that paved the way
ОтветитьFuck Israel.
ОтветитьHe is a Legend❤❤❤
