GC #18 | Kids GRID | GRID Ireland! | Coulter Turchin | GridCast Episode 18

Here in GridCast Episode 18 we talk about Kids GRID using www.gridleague.com as a framework to design fun races for kids of all ages. Actually, at CrossFit Impavidus (www.crossfitimpavidus.com) we attempted our first “go” at Kids GRID and it was awesome! We also discuss the emergence of young athletes hitting the GRID scene all because of functional fitness emerging a decade ago into popularity around the world. Not only has he successfully introduced this awesome sport of GRID to Ireland, but he’s creating a freaking Amateur League as we speak! What?!
