Hey I believe the information in this video is a bit off. When sitting you fall into a PPT, Posterior Pelvic Tilt. Yet sitting to much does not cause a PPT but an APT, Anterior Pelvic Tilt (APT's are extremely common and PPT'S are not, sitting is also something most people do 8-10+ hours a day). Sitting in a chair causes shortness in your hip flexors, which also pull the pelvic downward into an Anterior Pelvic Tilt. Get back to me if you think I made an error.

So what causes the Posterior tilt, and what causes the anterior tilt? I am finding that people are saying "Sitting" does it. But how does sitting cause both since they are opposite tilts? I'm assuming it's from the way you sit. So what is the proper sitting position to avoid all this?

Do you need to do these exercises every day, or every other day, or...? And do you have any indication as to when you will see results (normal pelvic position), are we talking about weeks or months?

no quadriceps strenngthening? Weak quads is one of the biggest keys to why you are stuck in a posterior pelvic tilt

Would it be better to foam roll the hamstrings before stretching them, or does it not matter?

I noticed the music is Fix You by Coldplay. Guitar acoustic which is what I have just learned on my guitar.

Maybe it's a sign I should learn this routine as well!

When I'm standing normally it doesn't look like I have a tilted pelvis but I'm a track athlete and when I sprint my pelvis tilts posteriorly so I can't have proper running form and I can't get full extension. It's most definitely because of my hamstrings because I recently pulled a hammy a couple of weeks ago.

Massage and stretch will not correct PPT , we need exercises to strengthen psoas and erector spine to regain balance with glute and abs

with the last exercise, keeping your back flat to the floor, doesn’t that just increase posterior pelvic tilt?
