I tried to find this and finally did it. Push ups and twisted push ups arw too hard for me so I replaced it with additional plank and women's push ups.

Nevertheless, being hungry and tired all day can make it seem to be impossible unless you happen to be following a strategy like for example Jenessa Venspurke’s online guide. It isn’t miraculous but absolutely works as long as you just adhere to the basic instructions.

I used to be a dancer and would work out 6 days a week (dance class in high school and every Saturday) but then I graduated, and got too old for my studio and I’ve definitely put on weight since, so I’m gonna try to do this workout every day. :)

Day 1: Was a little hard but not too much bc I've done workouts like this before. bur felt really good after like i did a hard workout.
Day 2: Still just as hard and painful (it gets easier and less painful over just a bit of time trut me) but again feel like it was a really good workout.
