I believe like attracts like. If you look poor and raggedy all the time, you will attract more poor.

U can look good without spending a whole lot of money.. but sometimes it is ok to enjoy the money u worked so hard to get. Set aside something for u. When u look descent you attract more opportunities. People are drawn to you when u are clean neat and respect yourself.

I neglected myself for a very long time and looking raggedy. People use to think I’m homeless. I was scared to spend money but now stepping out and believing u can afford brings abundance.

One of my CEOs once mocked me about my bad shoes. They were loocking worn. This was the day I canceled my job internally. About 2 month later I officially quit my job and this was the best decision of my life. People who judge you because of how you look, are not worth your time.

You are right. Be "the gray man" in other words. Do not get hung up on the value every month of your account (s). It is the ego. Bad people don't follow people home for a invasion if they are driving an Escort and eat at a hole in the wall or semi-hole in the wall. Keep dollar cost averaging with that money you were throwing out the window. Learning these lessons as early as possible is the key.

Everyone used to say in the 90s how rich Michael Jordan was. Now it took him 10 years to sell his ridiculously big mansion. Can you imagine the stress of not being able to sell your house that long?

this looking poor mentality I've noticed for the past few months..... I've been living like this 45 years, not only do I look poor, but I look raggedy, my clothes my shoes my hair, the outside of my house, I look like I'm homeless and i LOVE IT. it's looking at my stock portfolio that is what i look at. my shoes are falling apart, I pretty much wear the same clothes ect. I could care less what people think as a matter of fact I love... when people think that I am homeless looking/raggedy.

I know many rich people who look rich and they are fine. The most important thing is to be rich in your heart ❤️

In my experience this is only true for extremely wealthy people. I have a lot of rich clients and they very much care how they look and present themselves.

I always wear t-shirts and sweat pants. Not trying to impress women anymore. I learned that chasing women will lead to not focusing on building my future.

You're one of the earlier adapters of this message that I could find from a simple search. This topic was trending in the past 6 months quite a few people have made 30 minute videos with the same title but put their spin on it.

I make 2 million a year
. Middle class, no fancy cars, no luxury brands. The only luxury i have is a cleaning lady and air conditioning when it's hot. I'm not really a fan of traveling. I keep money, not spend it.

I do think that we should make a hard distinction between looking trashy, rough, poor, average, rich and flashy. A lot of Designer clothes is unnecessary a lot of times but poor grooming and looking like a slob can be just as detrimental. Imagine walking into your lawyer’s or doctor’s office and they have stains and tears on their clothes or they have a dirty car with trash and wrappers on the dashboard, you and other clients would judge them negatively. Now no you don’t need a lamborghini or a tom ford suit but I do think you should look neat and groomed and that’s not expensive at all.

lol you never want to look poor no matter what. Dnt have to be materialistic to keep your image together. All it take is a couple basic clean outfits

I know one guy, drives a 25 years old car, single, no kids, but he is literally a millionaire, he has everything in his house, cameras and alarms, a gym, a pool, tall walls around his house and a big fence entrance, he also has licensed legal hunting guns, a fireplace, a small mini bar, and 4 huge German shepherds, this guys has a palace, yet he walks around like a homeless person, sweatpants, hoodie or sweater, big beard and long hair with a beanie, that guy is literally the GOAT.
I know him also quite well, and he teaches me many things, me and my dad always visit him in his place and we always order takeout and drink in his mini bar, and he also comes in our place, he said he dresses and acts this way because it's the only way for him to make real friends and meet real people,
Ohh, and the cherry on top?
He was a professional athlete, served the special forces and now he has his own business,
But very humble and very kind, and believe me, when you see him, i guarantee you, you will make fun of him and underestimate him, because he is literally dressing like a stereotypical bum. But he is a stealthy millionaire who also served the special forces. 😂😂😂😂

We have four vehicles that are 16-22 years old. We own our home and have several rental properties we no mortgages. I wear no designer clothes or shoes unless I find the item on sale. Listen carefully to his advice and then follow his advise. Many thanks

A rich man will have a certain behavior or attitude that's a tip-off. They will buy things no matter the cost, if that is what they want.

I make great effort to appear as a dirt-bag. It's the best way to remain anonymous. Anonymity is a superpower.

If you have money, why not buy what you like? So why are you driving an old care when you have money to buy nice care? Why are you working so hard to make more money but not to spend it? So what is having all this money? To take the money with you when you die? Go ahead and look poor for the rest of your life til you die.
