How long does the 18 dollars last for the shower? Like how long is your window of time?

Why didn't u both share the shower 1 in and 1 out

I would not have 2 cats in a bus that is just my personal preference but each to their own 😊

You can get what they call a co-driver shower. That way you only pay for one instead of 2, because you are using the same shower, yes you will be in there at the same time. But if you dont want to actually shower together you can take your time, and one shower then you. Just make sure youre both in there at the same time. No time limits. They will knock and check on you after about 2 hours to make sure you are ok. But thats it. I work at a truck stop, and ours are 17 dollars. Unless your a certain level with points then you can get free showers. Usually its truckers but of course this is pretty common too.

That's alot for a shower why not get a gym membership

Pilot/Flying J no longer allows the general public to shower due to vandalism/COVID. Its company policy and if you are being allowed to shower, someone is gonna get reamed by corporate when they find out.

I've been making ice by freezing a plastic bag full of water and crushing it (dropping it on the ground) because I don't have a working ice maker. Or space for all the ice trays 😅

We have "shower power" at Pilot/Flying J because of how much diesel we buy a month for our highway tractor but it shows the charge before it's zeroed out and our last location was only $13 for the shower with a towel, facecloth and bath mat. It does vary vmby location but I don't think I've seen $18 before. I'll have to see what tomorrow's cost before they zero ours out because of our "shower power". You have to buy 1,000 gallons or more per month to get a free shower per day the following month.

LOVES THEIR rewards FUEL SHOWER program IS THE BEST HANDS DOWN. Shower's after 600 gallons are free and stay good for 30 days.

My hubs and I would share the shower. At the Flying J nearby us each stall has 2 shower heads. Nothing beats a truck stop shower. The water pressure and hot water is the best.

New to the page- do you ever take bucket showers? I lived in the Philippines for a bit and that was our main way of cleaning up. I actually loved it and do it whenever I camp (as long as I heat the water first haha)

If you arent near shower, white vinegar and water and a microfiber cloth to scrub all your skin is miraculous and you will smell clean and fresh. It puts skin pH where it should be and removes dirt and dead skin.

I would bring my own towel.

You could get a relatively luxurious gym membership for the cost of that shower a couple of times a week! Somewhere with a full spa!

If your bus is Diesel, get the cards from the truck stops. Free showers if you pump enough fuel. Not sure if it works that way for gasoline but still a good way to get percs

We get tremendous numbers of showers on our Rewards cards due to us being a team and using a lot of fuel. I think I probably have at least 15 free showers on our cards. You could ask in the lounge if you could bum a shower off of anybody who has spare showers. They just have to swipe the card at the register and hand you the receipt…

Ask any trucker. They have a card full of showers and they'd be glad to buy one for you. I travel all the time and that's what I do. Never fails. They're very generous. Plus they have way more showers than they can ever use
