Doom SOLAR STRUGGLE: Shopping & Recycling on Venus?! Maps E4M3-M5 Blind Ultraviolence

Links & chapters below! Played in DSDA-Doom blind on Ultraviolence, pistol starts. Halfway through the last episode we hit the Commercial District for some shopping but I couldn't find the H&M so I came up empty handed. Of course a visit to the mall wouldn't be complete without visiting the nearby floating Suburbs, but the local homeowner's association is into some pretty weird stuff. Of course the finale this time is the biggest most impressive recycling facility I've ever seen, by the super detail man himself, Man With Gun! This map takes up the bulk of the episode but it doesn't overstay its welcome with myriad open and non-linear areas, including an awesome Episode 1 style tech cavern and a slime drainage zone. This is an awesome Doomworld community project overseen by ViolentBeetle for the Ultimate Doom (Doom 1) replacing all 4 episodes, and it recently hit the idgames archive so it is a highly polished piece. It has a classic feel but also ramps up the level of detail, doomcute and map themes to a new level. What drew me to this project was how it structured each map and episode with particular requirements, such as when certain enemies and weapons could be introduced, and even some rough guidelines for the type of level. Thus it lends a community project a more cohesive feel. Each episode takes place on a new planet with a new skybox, and so far even with Doom 1's restrictions they have been a blast!
