Amazing video! This might be a dumb question but do we do all the circuits on the same day? Or is it upper body circuits x3-5 times (depending on level) and then the next circuit the next day focusing on the lower body?

I have a neurological issue that is showing up in the form of MS like symptoms. I have recently gotten back in the gym. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. My doctor told me not to lose more than that. I'm in the process of researching things that won't aggravate these symptoms. The symptoms are most tingling in hands/fingers and a feeling of weakness even while I am doing weight training. If I ignore it then I keep going. It just gets annoying.

We gain more muscle while doing the resistance work out so if we burn calories, we will be left with gaining muscle mass which does not help Lossing weight

The problem with that compound weight comparison is that they don't add all the isolation exercises for the workout. It's not like you go to the gym and do bicep curls and then you're done. You isolate to push every part to failure instead of letting one or the other get in the way of it.

BIG TIP. Walk between sets. I time my rest w/stop watch: 2 min, 2.5 or 3 min. I can get 150-300 steps between sets and still have time to take notes. It usually works out to ~1800 steps in practice.

I jump rope between sets. Mainly because of time because I work out in the morning and only have about 45 min so if I can get more things in I try to instead of just sitting and resting.
