Rebellion Aftermath || What Happens After Winning? || TTRPG Plot Hooks

This concept makes me think about Zizek and his talk about V for Vendetta II. In many ways, despite how incredibly difficult it is to defeat a 'BBEG' the harder task is building something else. It's the concept of trying to completely rebuild an entire society. I'd kind of like to run a game focusing on exactly that, though it might just end up being incredibly depressing.

Fable 3 did the villain trying to stop a worse one. Then made you have to be terrible or exploit meta to not be.
