Ответитьmy grandfather fought in this battle as a amphibious driver and told me that the nva launched this attack because they thought no one would think the tet offensive would be the best time for fighting since its a holiday and all he had no idea what was actually happening no one really did they were just doing what they had to do to get home yet he told me that only 55 out of 155 in his platoon made it out that day.
ОтветитьMy grandpa fought in this war
ОтветитьAND AMERİCA LOST.....................
ОтветитьGO HOME GI!
ОтветитьAmerica went to war with Vietnam, to save us ASEAN from communism because if they weren't, then nowadays would be harsh for us and we will be like a human robot, THANK YOU AMERICA, I dont know much about history but that's how was it there maybe there was a political agenda behind that, but now, who cares, the point is communism has been stop to spread all over asia. GOD BLESS AMERICA, THANK YOU TO ALL THE SOLDIERS WHO SERVED AND DIE, YOU ARE THE REAL HERO.
ОтветитьSo many Americans died to prevent the spread of communism, yet it rang unsuccessful. Ironic how we now have communists in our own country here. May they burn in hell

ОтветитьAh when america fought a worthy war the war against global communism fly high flag fly
Ответить
The sacrifice for the independence and freedom of the soldiers of the Liberation Army of Vietnam is worth let the younger generations of Vietnam today to be proud.
Vietnam loves peace, but the Americans have captured the Vietnamese people with guns, the US Army - the invaders have had to quit the Vietnamese territory, the invaders have died in Vietnam and the war that the United States Launched in South Vietnam is a war of nonsense!
I would be scared shitless just poking my head out of cover just to see where the fire is coming from, these guys are brave and well trained same to the vietnamese.
ОтветитьFak you .u.s.a

ОтветитьMy Daddy served in Toue wau, Vietnam. Sounds like (2e wa). I’m not sure how to spell it. He was in a lot of gun fire. Does anyone know how to spell it? Where was it located?
ОтветитьTOUGH ASS GRUNTS
ОтветитьThey are Charley as long as we are concerned.....
This is why we were the wrong side.
We murdered Vietnamese to save them.
It was not like the American Civil War,
Or Korea....
The corrupt South Vietnam government was a puppet.
We should have embraced Ho Chi Minh as like a Socialist Swedish patriot, who wanted Vietnamese to run Vietnam.
Look at Vietnam today... A Communist country who drinks Cocoa Cola with us.
Read the Pentagon Papers

Hue 1968 the VC guerilla took control of the town. They called the citadins to participate a recycle course of 2 days to become good citizen. There were 2000 people to be present. They called again for a 2nd recycle course of 4 days there were about 4000 participants called
ОтветитьWe love you Ehrhart
ОтветитьI think it says something that when they captured the flagpole they put the American flag up and not the south Vietnamese
ОтветитьTo think what a couple of A10s could have done for those Marines.

ОтветитьMy big Brother, SGT Scott Dawson, was at Hue and at Khe-San. He doesn't talk much about it much - so thanks for some insight into what he, and others endured. Signed, SGT William Haugen last of the 2/17 CAV, 101st Airborne

Ответитьmy grandpa was here with Alpha 1/1 during this. Sgt Gonzales died in his arms.
ОтветитьMy pops was injured in Hue, my brothers and I are lucky to be alive. Semper Fi brothers, (a sangin marine). I came home from the sand box, and my whole family was there to greet me. My dad was last… he gave me a hug and said “I’m glad you’re home son… but that wasn’t shit to Vietnam”. My response was “thanks dad”
ОтветитьWhat's the flag they pull down with red-white-red stripes and a yellow star? I can't find it on the list of Vietnam or Viet Cong flags
ОтветитьMy dad is a marine that fought here. Seeing this footage and what he went through is humbling and awe-inspiring. I’ve always looked up to him for serving his country. This makes it even more real just seeing what he went through and somehow made it out.
ОтветитьMy friend…a Marine…was here.,
